Return Policy

All our products are subject to the return or exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

Products ordered by the customer and finally delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return or exchange can be made if the product is different or wrong from what was ordered by the customer in the same original condition upon delivery and wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or opened within a maximum period of (1) day only.

The return request is made within (1) day from the date of receipt and no request will be considered after the expiration of the period.

When returning or exchanging, the representative fees are on the customer.
